Alfred State College · Alfred, NY 2023 to present- Diagnose and fix Windows, networking, software, hardware, account-access, printer, and peripheral issues for students and staff
- Set up loaner laptops and other devices before they go out
- Document problems and escalate network or infrastructure issues with clear findings
- Walk people through fixes and coordinate tickets with other teams so unresolved issues keep moving
